The terms of using Petfolio.

The service

Petfolio is software for running a veterinary clinic, used in a web browser. What a clinic can use depends on its plan.

Accounts

We set up each clinic and its first administrator. The clinic then adds its own team and decides what each person may see and do. The clinic is responsible for the people it gives access to and for keeping their sign-in details safe.

Plans and payment

• Plans are paid per quarter or per year, at the price shown when you subscribe.
• You pay by one of the methods shown in the app and submit the payment there. A subscription starts or is extended once we confirm the payment.
• A free trial, where a plan offers one, can be used once per clinic.
• When a subscription ends and is not renewed, the clinic's access to the app stops. Its records are not deleted because of that.

Your records

The records a clinic keeps in Petfolio belong to the clinic. We use them only to provide the service, as our privacy notice explains.

Fair use

Use Petfolio for running your clinic. Do not try to reach another clinic's records, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law.

Availability

We work to keep Petfolio running and backed up, and we tell clinics in the app about planned maintenance. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
