Privacy
How we handle your information.
Petfolio keeps the records of veterinary clinics. This notice explains what we hold, why, and how we look after it.
Two kinds of information
What a clinic keeps in Petfolio. Clinics record their clients, pets, visits, invoices, stock and accounts in Petfolio. That information belongs to the clinic. We hold and process it only to run the service for that clinic, and the clinic decides who on its team may see it.
What you send us on this website. When you book a demo, we receive your name, your clinic's name, your phone number, and anything else you choose to tell us. We use it only to contact you about Petfolio.
What we do not do
- We do not sell information, and we do not share it for advertising.
- This website carries no advertising or tracking scripts. It sets only the cookies it needs to send the demo form securely.
How we look after it
- Each clinic's records are kept apart from every other clinic's.
- Records are backed up off-site twice a day.
- Sign-in supports two-factor authentication, and each clinic controls its users' permissions.
- When something goes wrong in the app, our error reports identify the user and clinic by number only. They do not carry the clinic's client records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or remove it. A clinic can ask the same about the records it keeps in Petfolio. Message us on WhatsApp or call us on +20 114 559 7111.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page.
See Petfolio run a day at your clinic.
We walk your team through a real day: the first visit, the till at closing, and the books the next morning.
