Getting started
Do I need to install anything?
No. Petfolio runs in the browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone, at the front desk or in the consult room.
Can I bring my existing clients and pets?
Yes. Fill in the Excel template with your owners and pets and import them in one go.
How long does it take to start?
Add your team, your service prices and, if you sell products, your catalogue. Then open the first visit. We help you through it.
Is Petfolio in Arabic?
The screens are in English. Names, notes and messages can be written in Arabic, and search understands Arabic spellings however they are typed.
Plans and billing
Is there a free trial?
Plans that offer a trial can be tried free once per clinic, for the days shown on the plan. No card is needed.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan and a billing cycle in the app and pay by one of the methods shown there, such as a bank transfer or a wallet. Our team confirms the payment and your subscription runs from that day.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Choose another plan from Subscription in the app at any time. The new plan starts as soon as its payment is confirmed.
What happens if a module is not in my plan?
Its pages are simply not shown. Nothing else breaks, and any records you already have are kept for when you switch it back on.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Plans are priced in EGP, SAR, AED and USD.
Running the clinic
Does it work with more than one branch?
Yes. Clients are shared across branches, while stock, tills and money stay with each branch. Transfers move stock and cash between them.
Can my accountant use it?
Yes. Give them an accountant role: the books post themselves, and the statements, VAT returns and reports are there to read, export and close.
Does it remind owners about vaccines and follow-ups?
Your team is reminded on the bell before a follow-up is due, and each follow-up and vaccine has a ready-written WhatsApp message to the owner, one tap away.
Is my data safe?
Each clinic's records are kept apart from every other clinic's and backed up off-site twice a day. Sign-in supports two-factor authentication.
